Toshiba AT100 is an Android (v3.1 / Honeycomb) tablet that runs on 1GHz Nvidia Tegra 2 dual-core CPU with GeForce graphics and 1GB of RAM. It offers 8/16/32 GB of internal storage and supports SD card up to 32GB. Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n; Bluetooth; miniUSB v2.0; and USB v2.0 are available as the standard connectivity features. While for the bundled software, you can find: Toshiba File Manager; Toshiba Online Manual; Toshiba Places Client; McAfee® WaveSecure; Evernote®; Adobe® Reader®; and Toshiba Media Player.
The AT100 comes with 10.1” display which features IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution; Accelerometer sensor for auto-rotate; and Multi-touch input method. 5 MP Autofocus camera is attached on the rear side along with the 2 MP front facing camera. Not only for taking pictures, the camera also can be used to record videos. Other features included in this tablet are: HDMI port; GPS with A-GPS support; Digital compass; MP3/WAV/WMA/eAAC+ player; MP4/H.264/H.263/WMV player; Organizer; Document viewer; Photo editor; Voice memo; Predictive text input; and more.

To perform the factory data reset, follow the steps below:
- Tap Apps > Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset > Reset tablet > Erase Everything.
- The factory data reset will be done.

This is not a hard reset – if the tablet is currently Off, then holding the Volume Up button and the power button together enters the hard reset recovery options
