You can reset your Sony Ericsson Xperia mini to its original settings with or without deleting all your personal data. Before you perform a reset, make sure to back up any important data saved on your phone.

  1. From your Home screen, tap image.
  2. Find and tap Settings > Privacy.
  3. Tap Factory data reset.
  4. To erase not only internal storage but also other user data such as pictures and music, mark the Erase SD card checkbox.
  5. Tap Reset phone.
  6. To confirm, tap Erase everything.

WARNING! Be patient while resetting your phone. Restarting the phone during a reset procedure may damage the phone permanently.

To reset the default Internet Settings

  1. From the Home screen, tap image
  2. Tap Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names.
  3. Press image
  4. Tap Reset to default
