Samsung Galaxy Apollo I5800 Factory Reset Procedures
Soft Reset procedures can be doe if your device freezes or hangs, frozen and unresponsive you may need to close programs or reset the device to regain functionality. To soft reset your Samsung Galaxy Apollo press and hold  for 8-10 seconds. The device will reboot automatically.
Factory Data Reset (Hard Reset)
If soft reset does not solve your problem, you can perform a factory data reset (hard reset procedure). To do so, in Idle mode, open the application list and select Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset > Reset phone > Erase everything.
