LG Ally VS740 Specifications and Features Overview

LG Ally VS740 is a slider phone that features a side-sliding QWERTY keyboard (4 rows) and 3.2” capacitive touchscreen (480 x 800 pixels resolution). The display also equipped with Scratch-resistant glass, Accelerometer, and Multi-touch. The phone runs on Android 2.1 Operating System with the support of Single core 600 MHz Processor, 256 MB RAM and 512 MB ROM. It provides 102 MB built-in storage and microSD card support up to 16 GB. Reset LG Ally VS740 to Restore Default Factory Settings

You can reset your LG Ally VS740 to restore its default factory settings. Caution: If you perform a factory reset, all user applications and user data will be deleted. Please remember to back up any important data before performing a factory reset. Do the hard reset by following below instructions:

  • Turn the power off.
  • Press and hold: Home Key image + Power Key image + Up or Down Volume Key.
  • Turn the power on, while keeping the three keys pressed.
  • When the LG logo is shown, release the keys.


  • From the Home screen, press the Menu key image .
  • Touch Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset.
  • Read the warning and touch Reset phone
