To reset the phone, simply Remove and reinsert the battery.

Or, if you want to delete all data, installed apps, third-party application and media card files, you can do the following procedures:

  • On the home screen or in a folder, click the Options icon.
  • Click Security > Security Wipe.
  • Select the checkboxes for items that you want to delete.
  • Type blackberry.
  • Click Wipe Data
