Samsung Wave GT S8500 is a Full Touchscreen phone with Bada Operating System. It has 3.3” display which features Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen (480 x 800 pixels resolution), Corning Gorilla Glass, TouchWiz UI 3.0, Multitouch, Accelerometer and proximity sensor. The phone is armored with 1 GHz Cortex-A8 CPU and PowerVR SGX540 GPU. It provides 390 MB internal memory and supports microSD up to 32 GB. The connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot; Bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP; and microUSB v2.0. For the camera, it has 5 MP camera with autofocus, LED flash, Geo-tagging, face, smile and blink detection, image stablilization, touch focus, and video recording capability (720p@30fps).

Master Reset Samsung Wave GT-S8500 to Restore Factory Default Settings

To reset your Samsung Wave GT-S8500 do the following instructions: In Menu mode, select Settings > Reset (and select one of the following options):

  • Reset settings: Reset various settings to the factory default values. Select which settings to reset. You must enter your device password to reset the settings. (If you forget your password, bring your device to a Samsung Service Centre to unlock it.)
  • Master reset: Clear all data and reset various settings to the factory default values. You must enter your device password to reset the settings.
