Nokia Asha 203 Specifications and Features
Nokia Asha 203 is the identical twin of the Asha 202. It shares the same design and specs. The major difference is only in term of dual SIM support. The Asha 203 is not equipped with extra SIM slot. As you might have seen in its twin, the Asha 203 also comes with candy bar form factor. An alphanumeric keypad lies under its 2.4” TFT resistive touchscreen. You should multi-press each key to form words, so it’s a bit hard for quick typing. The touchscreen is fairly responsive to your gesture. The screen looks good enough with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. Readability is not a problem.
The Asha 203 runs Nokia’s Series 40 OS. The interface is tweaked to adjust the screen dimensions. Not much space available to store your data and files as this phone only has 10 MB internal memory. Luckily, it provides external memory card slot to expand the storage capacity. You can use microSD card up to 32 GB. To support the system, the Asha 203 is armored with 32 MB ROM and 16 MB RAM. Standard connectivity features like Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP, EDR, and microUSB v2.0 are also included.
On the back of the phone you can find a basic 2 MP camera. It won’t win any award, but it’s definitely a good extra for a budget phone. You can also use it to record video. The Asha 203 still has other features to offer such as: Email; Instant Messaging; Games; SNS integration; Stereo FM radio with RDS, FM recording; Adobe Flash Lite; 40 free games to download; MP4/H.264/H.263/WMV player; MP3/WAV/WMA/eAAC+ player; Organizer; Voice memo; Predictive text input; and more.
