  1. From the screen of your phone, press the Menu button.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap Privacy.
  4. Tap Factory Data Reset.
  5. Check Erase internal storage if you would like to erase all the data on the phone internal storage such as applications, music, movies or photos.
  6. Tap Reset Phone.
