HTC Desire 300 features a 4.3” TFT capacitive touchscreen with 480 x 800 pixels resolution (217 ppi pixel density). You can’t expect a superb display, but it’s good enough to watch videos or view photos. The touchscreen is responsive so you can navigate easily through menus. It’s even better with the multitouch support. HTC Sense UI 5.0, Accelerometer and Proximity sensor are also included. Android v4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) is installed in this phone. A dual-core 1 GHz Cortex-A5 processor works together with Adreno 203 GPU and 512 MB of RAM to power the phone. 4 GB of internal storage seems too small for a smartphone, but at least you can expand the capacity by using external memory card (up to 32 GB). How to Hard Reset HTC Desire 300?
NOTE: The following will be removed from the phone when you do a factory reset:
101 Sync, backup, and reset: Your Google Account; All accounts you’ve added in Settings > Accounts & sync and the data associated with these accounts; Personal data that you’ve created or synced to the phone such as your profile, contacts, messages, email, calendar events, and more; System and application data and settings; Downloaded apps; Files such as your music, photos, videos, and documents will also be deleted if you select the Erase all data option.
Be sure to back up any data and files you want to keep before you do a factory reset. To hard reset your HTC Desire 300:
- Slide the Notifications panel open, and then tap .
- Tap Backup & reset.
- Tap Reset phone.
- If you also want to delete media and other data on HTC Desire 300, select Erase all data.
- Tap OK.
- Remove the battery, wait for a few seconds, then reinsert the battery.

the POWER and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
