T-Mobile myTouch Q 2 is a side slider phone with 4.0” Capacitive touchscreen (480 x 800 pixels resolution) and a slide out QWERTY keyboard. The display features Multitouch, Touch-sensitive controls, Accelerometer and Proximity sensor. It uses Android OS v2.3 (Gingerbread) and powered with 1.4 GHz Scorpion CPU, Adreno 205 GPU, and 1 GB RAM. 4 GB of internal storage is available along with microSD card up to 32 GB. The connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA, Wi-Fi hotspot; Bluetooth with A2DP, EDR; and microUSB v2.0. Hard Reset T-Mobile myTouch Q 2 to Restore Factory Default Settings

You can reset your T-Mobile myTouch Q 2 mobile phone to the initial settings (factory default settings. It is strongly recommended to back up all your important data or file since all of your personal data stored on the phone, including information about your Google account, any other accounts that you have configured, your system and application settings, and any applications you have installed will be erased. Resetting the phone does not erase any system updates you have downloaded. Using the check box provided, you can also select to erase all the data stored on your SD card or on the phone’s internal SD card, which includes files that you have downloaded or copied there, such as music or photos.

To reset your T-Mobile myTouch Q 2:

  1. On the Settings screen, touch Privacy > Factory data reset.
  2. When prompted, touch Reset phone, and then touch Erase everything. The mobile phone resets the settings to the original factory settings, and then restarts.
