This option lets you reset your phone to the original factory settings, which erases all data from the phone’s application storage. To hard reset your Samsung Galaxy Rush M830, do the following instructions:

  1. Press image and tap image > Settings > Backup and reset > Factory data reset.
  2. Read the onscreen reset information then tap Reset device.
  3. If necessary, enter your password and tap Delete all. The phone resets to the factor default settings.
