Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo is a pocket-friendly smartphone which has the capability to handle two SIM cards simultaneously. It sports a 3.0” TFT capacitive touchscreen with 240 x 320 pixels resolution, Multitouch support, Accelerometer, and Proximity sensor. This phone runs Android OS v4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) with the support of 850 MHz processor and 512 MB RAM. It only provides 4 GB of internal storage to accommodate your data and files. But you can add extra space in the phone by using memory card up to 32 GB. The connectivity features comprise of: Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot; Bluetooth v4.0; and microUSB v2.0. 2 MP camera is attached on the back of the phone. It is capable to record QVGA video @15fps. Unfortunately, the Pocket Neo doesn’t have front-facing camera for video calling.

You can hard reset your Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo to restore the default settings. On the Applications screen, tap Settings → Backup and reset → Factory data reset → Reset device → Erase everything.
