Motorola Droid 4 comes with a side sliding QWERTY keyboard and 4.0” TFT capacitive touchscreen with 540 x 960 pixels resolution, Multitouch, Touch-sensitive controls, Accelerometer and Proximity sensor. It uses Android OS v2.3 (Gingerbread) with the support of Dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A9 CPU, PowerVR SGX540 GPU, and 1 GB RAM. It provides 16 GB internal storage and microSD card support up to 32GB.
