LG Optimus Zone Specification and Features

LG Optimus Zone sports a modest 3.2” TFT capacitive touchscreen. With only 240 x 320 pixels resolution (125 ppi pixel density), it may look much less interesting than the latest smartphones that have large screen and high resolution. However the screen looks reasonably clear so you can still read the text or view images well. Its small size allows you to operate it easily with only one hand and makes it easier to carry. The touchscreen is responsive and fun to use. Other standard features like Multitouch support, Accelerometer and Proximity sensor are also included.

Hard Reset LG Optimus Zone Procedures

The Optimus Zone is installed with Android v2.3.6 (Gingerbread) operating system. To support the performance, it counts on an 800 MHz processor and 512 MB of RAM. It may not be a super fast smartphone, but at least it can handle basic task pretty well. Most apps can be launched promptly. Transition between menus is fairly smooth without any heavy lags. The phone provides you with 4 GB of internal storage. To expand the capacity, you can add external memory card up to 32 GB. The connectivity features comprise of Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot; Bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP; and microUSB v2.0.

A modest 3.15 MP camera can be found on the back panel. It’s not special but still acceptable. In fact, the camera is good enough for its class. It’s all you can get since there is no other camera in this phone. Reset LG Optimus Zone (Normal Procedures)

The following instruction contains information on how to reset your LG Optimus Zone in normal condition.

  • From the Home screen, tap the Applications Key image, then tap Settings image OR From the Home screen, tap the Menu Key image then tap Settings image.
  • And then tap Privacy > Factory data reset.

CAUTION This procedures reset your settings to the factory default values and delete all your data. If you reset the phone in this way, you are prompted to reenter the same information as when you first started Android.

Hard Reset LG Optimus Zone to Unlock Pattern or If You Forget the PIN/Password.

If you cannot recall your unlock pattern, PIN, or password, you need to perform a hard reset to access your phone.

CAUTION If you perform a hard reset, all user applications and user data are deleted. This cannot be reversed. Remember to back up any important data before performing a
hard reset.

  • When the phone is turned off, press and hold the Home Key image +
    Volume Down Key image + Power/Lock Key image . When the screen
    shows the LG logo, release the Power/Lock Key image.
  • When the screen displays an Android robot animation, release the other
  • Leave your phone for at least a minute while it performs the hard reset,
    then your phone will reboot.
