Hard Reset LG Escape P870
Note that if you perform a hard reset, all user applications and user data will be deleted. Please remember to back up any important data before performing a hard reset. To hard reset your LG Escape P870, do the following procedures:
- Turn the phone off.
- At the same time press and hold Volume Down Key + Power/Lock Key.
- When phone vibrates, release keys and repeatedly tap the Back Key + Home Key until the green Android Robot animation appears.
- Your device will perform a hard reset.
- If AT&T logo appears, start over from step 1.
