HTC One Max Specifications and Features

HTC One Max comes with a super large 5.9” Super LCD3 capacitive touchscreen and other interesting features. The large screen offers great viewing experience with a high resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels (373 ppi pixel density). Photos and videos look amazing on it. The touchscreen is quite responsive so you’ll be able to operate the phone smoothly. The Multitouch support will make it even better. Android v4.3 (Jelly Bean) operating system is installed in the One Max. For the performance, it counts on a powerful quad-core 1.7 GHz Krait 300 processor, Adreno 320 GPU, and 2 GB of RAM. With those specifications, you can expect monstrous speed from this phone. The 4G LTE support gives you more joy by providing faster data connection. 16/32 GB of internal storage (optional) is available to accommodate your multimedia files. That should please you, but if you still need more space you can add external memory card up to 64 GB. The connectivity features comprise of Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi hotspot; DLNA; Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP; microUSB v2.0 (MHL); NFC; and Infrared port.

Hard Reset HTC One Max to Restore Default Settings

The following will be removed from the phone when you do a factory reset:

  • Your Google Account.
  • All accounts you’ve added in Settings > Accounts & sync and the data
    associated with these accounts.
  • Personal data that you’ve created or synced to the phone such as your profile,
    contacts, messages, email, calendar events, and more.
  • System and application data and settings.
  • Downloaded apps.

Files such as your music, photos, videos, and documents will also be deleted if you
select the Erase all data option. Be sure to back up any data and files you want to keep before you do a factory reset.

Performing a factory reset from settings:

  1. Go to Settings, and then tap Backup & reset.
  2. Tap Reset phone.
  3. If you also want to delete media and other data on HTC One max, select Erase all data.
  4. To delete media and other data on your storage card, tap Erase SD card.
  5. Tap OK.


  1. Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then press and hold the
    POWER button.
  2. Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release
    the POWER and VOLUME DOWN buttons. 
  3. Press VOLUME DOWN to select FACTORY RESET, and then press the POWER button.
