HTC First Specifications and Features

HTC First sports a large 4.3” Super LCD capacitive touchscreen with a high resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. The display also features Facebook Home UI, Multitouch support, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Proximity sensor, and Compass sensor. Android OS v4.1 (Jelly Bean) is installed in this phone. For the hardware, it uses Dual-core 1.4 GHz Krait processor, Adreno 305 GPU, and 1 GB of RAM. 16 GB of internal storage is available in this phone. But that’s all you can get as there is no memory card support for storage expansion. The connectivity features comprise of: Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, dual-band, Wi-Fi hotspot; Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP, LE; NFC; and microUSB v2.0.

The HTC first is equipped with 5 MP rear camera which has autofocus, LED flash, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, and video recording capability (1080p@30fps). You can also find a 1.6 MP front-facing camera. Hard Reset HTC First to Restore Factory Default Settings

Note that performing a hard reset procedures on your HTC First will remove apps you’ve downloaded and installed, your accounts, as well as system and app data and settings. It is strongly recommended to back up any important data you want to keep before resetting your device. To reset HTC First:

  • On the Apps screen, tap Settings.
  • Tap Backup & reset.
  • Tap Factory data reset.
  • Tap Reset phone, and then tap Erase everything.

OR

  1. Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then press and hold the POWER button.
  2. Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release the POWER and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
  3. Press VOLUME DOWN to select FACTORY RESET, and then press the POWER button.
