Factory Reset ZTE Grand X

The only way to revert to an unencrypted phone is to perform a factory data reset, which erases all your data. You can also restore the default factory setting by performing factory reset procedures. WARNING!!!: All your personal data from the phone‘s internal storage will be erased. You can also erase the data on the memory card during the process.

To reset your ZTE Grand X: Touch image in the Home Screen and select Settings > Backup and Reset > Factory data reset.
