Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 Specifications and Features Overview
With the colorful body options and relatively “low budget”, Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 is specially made and marketed for young people. It comes with 3.0 TFT capacitive touchscreen (240 x 320 pixels resolution) that features TouchWiz UI, Touch sensitive controls, Multitouch, Accelerometer, and Proximity sensor. The Android OS v2.3.5 (Gingerbread) works along with 830 MHz ARMv6 CPU and 290MB RAM. On the storage sector, it has 180 MB internal storage and microSD card support up to 32GB. The connectivity features consist of: Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Hotspot functionality; Bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP, HS; and microUSB v2.0. And for the camera, it has 2 MP camera with Geo-tagging and video recording capability.
You can also find other features, such as: GPS with A-GPS support; Stereo FM radio with RDS; SNS integration; MP4/WMV/H.264 player; MP3/WAV/eAAC+ player; Organizer; Image/video editor; Google apps (Google Search, Maps, Gmail, YouTube, Calendar, Google Talk, Picasa integration); Quickoffice document viewer; Voice memo/commands; Predictive text input (Swype); and more.

Hard Reset Samsung Galaxy Y S5360
If your device has fatal errors or hang-ups, or freezes, you may need to reset the device to regain functionality by pressing and holding the reset buttons (see picture) for 8-10 seconds and release. If this does not solve the problem, perform a factory data reset. In Idle mode, open the application list and select Settings → Privacy → Factory data reset → Reset phone → Erase everything.
WARNING!!! Factory data reset: reset your settings to the factory default values and delete all your data.

Hi Lollie, If you forget your unlock code, bring your device to a Samsung Service Centre to reset it.

Ive tried to wait for almost 24hours with that f****** nonstop thing, and nothing happens. It still not open, I cant acces my phoneeeeeee!

Hy Lizee, that is bootlooping. You can reinstall your firmware or you can choose for hard reset your phone but you will lose any data on your phone. I got same problem with you but after factory reset Bluetooth cant turn on. Anyone can help me?

help me. i want to know how to factory reset data my phone via usb. because after i installed a custom rom. after i tried to rebbot it in recovery mode, it stays on the same screen for about 20 minutes. i think something inside crashed. badly need advice. hope will get advice as fast as i can

1. Power off phone
2. Press and hold Home Button ( middle ) + Volume Up + power on button
3. Wait for 5 second until Android System Recovery menu appear
4. There are 4 options
reboot system now
apply update from sdcar
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
5. Move the options to ” Wipe data / factory reset ” using volume down ( – ) button and menu button to confirm, because the touchscreen doesn’t work in reovery mode

i have a problem with my samsung galaxy y, i already upgrade it to ICS 4.0.6 but one time, i eject my micro sd from my phone and after this, some application are not working. I tried to reset it into factory setting but unfortunately i can’t open it again, its continous rebooting. i try to reboot it again no setting found for reinstall all data in my phone.
