My phone keeps saying I’m low on space and I have installed a 8GB Memory card and took out my 2GB Card and still says im low on space even after taking applications off. What should I do?

To reset hold Volume Up while powering phone on. Use volume buttons to navigate and camera button to select. This will allow you to wipe/reset your entire device.

To Tom,
Leave your sd card in and go to applications and tap all go through all of them and move them all (or all that will let you) to the sd card.The phone itself does not hold many apps unless you do this also some apps you rarely or never use get rid of. i like to try games and only keep essentials

I have a Samsung galaxy prevail and I have 2gbsd card in my phone. I have a 8gb SD card hC by samsung I want to put a bigger gb so I have more space the thing is the SD card is reading blank and I don’t want to lose mystuff on the 2gb I wantit all on the 8 but I don’t know how to do it. So

Yes I have performed the above stated steps to factory restore my Samsung galaxy SCH-M828C and all it does is turn off and then freezes with the word Samsung on a black screen. Is there anything else I can do? Please help!
