Huawei U8800 IDEOS X5 has 3.8” TFT capacitive touchscreen (480 x 800 pixels resolution) which is equipped with Scratch-resistant glass, oleophobic coating, Touch-sensitive controls, Multitouch, Accelerometer and Proximity sensor. It uses Android OS v2.2 (Froyo) that can be upgraded to v2.3. The performance is supported by 800 MHz Scorpion CPU, Adreno 205 GPU, Qualcomm MSM7230 Chipset, and 512 MB RAM. 2/4 GB internal storage is available along with microSD card support up to 32GB. The connectivity features consist of: Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot; Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP, EDR; and microUSB v2.0. For the camera, it has 5 MP camera with autofocus, LED flash, Geo-tagging and video recording capability (720p@30fps).

How to Reset Huawei U8800 IDEOS X5?

You can reset your device to restore its factory default settings. If you reset your phone to the settings that were configured at the factory, all of your personal data stored on the phone, including information about your Google Account, any other accounts, your system and application settings, and any applications you have downloaded will be erased.

To reset your smartphone, please follow below procedures:

  1. On the Settings screen, touch Privacy > Factory data reset.
  2. When prompted, touch Reset phone, and then touch Erase everything. The  mobile phone resets the settings to the original factory settings, and then restarts.

Note: Resetting the phone does not erase any system software updates you have downloaded or any files on your microSD card, such as music clips or photos.
