HTC Windows Phone 8S Specifications and Features

HTC Windows Phone 8S comes with a large 4.0” S-LCD capacitive touchscreen (480 x 800 pixels resolution) which features Corning Gorilla Glass protection, Multitouch, Accelerometer and Proximity sensor. The phone works under Microsoft Windows Phone 8 OS with the support of Dual-core 1 GHz Krait processor, Adreno 305 GPU, and 512 MB RAM.

For the storage, it provides 4 GB built-in memory that can be expanded by using microSD card (up to 32 GB). Factory Reset HTC Windows Phone 8S to Restore Initial Settings

You can reset your HTC Windows Phone 8S to restore the default factory settings. Please be warn that a factory reset procedures will permanently delete all your data and customized settings, and will remove any apps you’ve downloaded and
installed. Be sure to back up any data and files you want to keep before you do a factory reset. There are two different ways you can reset your mobile device, via menus settings and via phone buttons.

Factory Reset via Menu Settings

  • On the Start screen, slide to the left.
  • Tap Settings > about.
  • Tap reset your phone, and then tap yes.

Factory Reset via Phone Buttons

  • Turn the power off.
  • Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then briefly press the POWER button. Release the VOLUME DOWN button when you see an icon on the screen.
  • Then press the following hardware buttons in sequence: VOLUME UP > VOLUME DOWN > POWER > VOLUME DOWN.
