HTC Butterfly comes with a very spacious 5.0” Super LCD3 capacitive touchscreen with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, Corning Gorilla Glass 2, HTC Sense UI 4+, Mulitouch, Gyro sensor, Accelerometer and Proximity sensor. It runs on Android OS v4.1 (Jelly Bean) with the support of Quad-core 1.5 GHz Krait CPU, Adreno 320 GPU, and 2 GB RAM. It provides 16 GB of internal storage which can still be expanded by using microSD card (up to 32 GB). Factory Reset HTC Butterfly to Restore Initial Settings

Note that performing factory reset on your HTC Butterfly will permanently remove everything that’s in the phone storage, which include your media files, data, and customized settings, as well as apps you’ve downloaded and installed. Be sure to back up any data and files you want to keep before you do a factory reset.

To hard reset or factory reset your HTC Butterfly, do the following instructions:

  1. Slide the Notifications panel open, and then tap image
  2. Tap Backup & reset.
  3. Tap Reset phone.
  4. On the Reset phone screen, tap Reset phone.
  5. If you want to permanently delete media and other data on HTC Butterfly, tap OK.

Or if you want to reset using the phone buttons, do the following procedures:

  1. Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then press and hold the POWER button.
  2. Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release the POWER and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
  3. Press VOLUME DOWN to select FACTORY RESET, and then press the POWER button.
