Motorola RAZR D1 sports 3.5” TFT touchscreen with 320 x 480 pixels resolution (165 ppi pixel density). If you don’t like large smartphones, this phone can be a good option since it is more practical to use and carry. The screen looks bright enough. You can read the text and view images clearly. The touchscreen is pretty responsive and equipped with multitouch. There are also other supporting features like Accelerometer and Proximity sensor.
The RAZR D1 uses Android v4.1 (Jelly Bean) operating system. It works responsively with the support of 1 GHz Cortex-A9 processor, PowerVR SGX531 GPU and 1 GB of RAM. Apps can load properly and you can switch between menus smoothly. The phone offers dual SIM card support (optional) which allows you to use two different numbers simultaneously. It only provides 4 GB of internal storage and it could be too small to accommodate your photos and videos. Fortunately, it allows you to expand the storage capacity by using external memory card (up to 32 GB). The connectivity features comprise of Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0 with EDR, and microUSB v2.0.
The RAZR D1 has a 5 MP camera on the back of its body. The camera features touch focus, geo-tagging, HDR, autofocus, and video recording capability (480p). There is no front-facing camera that can be used for video calling.
