Lenovo A Plus is a lower mid-range smartphone with dual SIM capability. It allows you to use two different providers and they work simultaneously. It’s not only practical but also can help you save money. It gives you flexibility to take advantage of any data plans. There’s nothing special about its design. It sports 4.5″ display with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels (218 ppi pixel density). It looks fairly bright and clear although the quality of the visuals is not really special. You can hold it or carry it in your pocket more comfortably since it has relatively small size. The touchscreen is responsive so you can navigate through menus easily. It already supports Multitouch and Accelerometer.
Lenovo A Plus runs on Android v5.1 (Lollipop) operating system. Looking inside, a quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 processor is paired with Mali-400MP2 GPU and 1 GB of RAM. The phone is pretty reliable to do regular tasks. Apps can be launched properly and the transition between menus is relatively smooth. It might feel a bit laggish in certain occasions but there shouldn’t be any serious problem that can stop you from working. Unfortunately, the phone hasn’t supported 4G LTE yet so you won’t be able to enjoy faster data connection. To store your files, it provides 8 GB of internal storage. Memory card slot is available for storage expansion. You can add external memory card up to 32 GB. The phone has standard connectivity features including Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, hotspot; Bluetooth v2.1, A2DP; and microUSB v2.0.
The phone has a 5 MP camera on the back of its body. It is equipped with autofocus, LED flash, geotagging and video recording capability. This is a modest camera for everyday use. It captures decent quality pictures that still look good on your Instagram or other social media. A secondary 2 MP camera is attached on the front panel. It’s not a great camera but pretty useful for basic tasks like taking selfies or video calling. Other included features: GPS with A-GPS, FM radio, Email, Push Email, Instant Messaging, HTML browser, MP3/WAV/eAAC+ player, MP4/H.264 player, Document viewer, Photo editor, Video editor, Voice memo, Voice dial and more.
